Before we walk the lot

A few practical answers.

What happens during the lot walk?

The NoCO Custom Homes team will walk the property with you and talk through access, terrain, utilities, permitting, rough budget range and the type of home the site may support.

Do I need finished plans?

No. Bring the lot address and whatever ideas or questions you have. Early is exactly when a site conversation is most useful.

Is this a construction quote?

No. It is an early feasibility conversation. Surveys, testing, engineering and design may still be required before scope or pricing can be confirmed.
